We're excited to launch our booking confirmation for all Slack customers. You can now enable notifications with a deadline for employees to confirm their office presence. If employees don't confirm by the set deadline, their booking will be deleted and the desk will be available for anyone else to book.

With the launch of “Announcements,” it’s now easier than ever to share important updates with your team.

We’ve introduced two types: “General Messages” and “Emergency Messages.”

Both will appear directly in the PULT App, with emergency messages clearly highlighted. They can also be sent as notifications through MS Teams or Slack if needed.

So whether the coffee machine on floor 2 is down or there’s free lunch in the London office, everyone will know 🎉

We added three of our most popular features to the parking floor plan builder:

1️⃣ Tag Parking Spots

Make it easier for your team to find the right parking spot by giving it tags such "charging station", or "Disabled parking".

2️⃣ Policies

Oftentimes parking spots are reserved for certain people or teams. With "Policies" you can set up booking policies for each parking spot. You can decide who books which spot.

3️⃣ Define Areas

Give your floor plan some colors by defining important areas.

🚗 We're super excited to announce the release of PULT Parking! 🚗

This has long been a product requested by many of our customers. We took our time to get it just right. Now you can experience a new parking management right in PULT. Our aim is to make this the easiest to use and most flexible parking solution on the market.

With this v1.0 we have already released the most important features such as creating your custom layouts in the Dashboard under Desks -> Add Parking Lot and tagging / naming parking lots for easier navigation.

We will release more existing features for PULT Parking (as well as a comprehensive Help Center article) in the next couple of days. You will be able to incorporate the new features in the parking lots you create now so stay tuned!  🚀

Added zoom functionality for better navigation 🚀

Users can now easily zoom in and out of floorplans for a customized viewing experience. PULT will remember the settings used during your last session for each floorplan.

You can now use your Departments from HiBob for PULT group mapping instead of Teams. 🎉

This allows for more flexibility in organizing your teams in PULT depending on your individual HiBob set-up.
