Calendar sync without a meeting room

You can now sync visitors from calendar invites without attaching a meeting room — useful for visits like deliveries, technicians, or audits that don't need a room booked. Online-only meetings (Teams/Meet calls with no physical location) are automatically skipped so they don't generate unnecessary visitor invites; hybrid meetings with a room or address still work as before.
