Invite groups of visitors in seconds — now with AI

You can now register a whole group of visitors in a single flow with Group Invitation mode. Enter each visitor's name, email, company, and visitor type, and use the "Apply to All" toggle to quickly set shared fields like company across the group. All visitors share the same booking details — date, time, location, and host — saving significant time for events and large meetings.

To make things even faster, you can now upload a CSV, PDF, or even an image of a visitor list, and PULT's AI assistant will automatically extract the details and fill in the invitation form for you. This makes registering large groups — like conference attendees or event guests — dramatically faster.
