Reception emails for guest invitations

Each office can now have reception email addresses. Reception gets an email when a visitor is invited to that office, and when an invitation is cancelled. This covers single, group, series, AI bulk and Outlook-synced invitations. Nothing changes until an admin adds reception addresses under Visitors > General > Reception notifications.
