Recurring Visitor Invitations

Invite visitors on a recurring schedule — no more creating one booking per day. You can now invite external visitors (such as cleaning staff or regular consultants) for a date range and select which days of the week they should come. PULT automatically creates a booking for each matching day. The visitor receives a single invitation email summarising their full schedule, not one per day. If you need to cancel, you can choose to cancel a single visit or the entire series. Recurring visitors can also store their check-in answers for up to a year, so they skip the form on repeat visits until their storage period expires or the form is updated.
