Visitor document validity and new versions

Signature Validity

Admins can now set how long a visitor's signature counts, for each document: every visit, once, every N months, or each calendar year. New documents start at Once, and existing documents keep their current behaviour.

New Version:

To update a document, upload a new version under Documents > New version, then choose whether earlier signatures become invalid. Old signed documents stay stored, and the kiosk shows which documents are signed, with the date and why they still count.
