Walk-in only kiosk mode

Kiosks can now be set to Walk-in only. The kiosk then opens straight on the walk-in form, without the invitation search and without employee check-in. Set it under Visitors > Devices, then open a kiosk and choose Walk-in only. iPads get this with the next iOS app update.
