We're excited to announce the release of the Badge printing functionality for our Kiosk App for iPads! 🎉

With this update we're also excited to announce the launch of our official iPad App.

Visitor badges can now be automatically printed after a successful guest check-in. This launch also introduces a new option to take pictures of your guests and print them on their badges. This will make it much easier for security personnel and employees to identify authorized visitors at a glance.

Incorporate your logo personalize your kiosk and visitor badges. This creates a professional first impression for your company and fosters a sense of security and welcome for your visitors.

Note: Only Brother QL-820NWB series printers are supported.

We're excited to announce the latest update to our Visitor Management Add On - Ad Hoc Check Ins. It is now possible for visitors without a prior invitation to check in on the kiosk devices.

You can even assign a separate flow for these Ad Hoc visitors.

We made some changes regarding the status sync in Outlook:

  • Home Office, Remote, Business Trip and Coworking will be shown in Outlook as "working elsewhere"
  • Sick, vacation and absent will be shown as "Out of office"

  • You can now make changes to rooms (building, floor, capacity) even if you're using the read-only mode
  • The ability to select a date range for the catering overview, eliminating the need to click through individual days:

  • The ability to link flows to different kiosk devices
  • MS Teams/Slack notifications for hosts
  • The option to sign documents (PDF) on the kiosk devices
