We’re excited to introduce Policy Groups – a powerful new way to tailor your settings for specific teams or individuals within your organisation.
What are Policy Groups?
Think of Policy Groups like sub-groups that override your organisation-wide settings. They allow you to define custom rules for specific users and groups, giving you more flexibility and control.
What can you do today?
As of this release, you can use Policy Groups to set how far in advance certain users can book parking – perfect for giving priority access to users

The list of offices on the Insights homepage is now automatically sorted alphabetically, making it quicker and easier for admins to find data for specific locations.
No more scrolling through a disorganised list—just scan and select.
We’ve added automated Monthly Team Reports via email to help team leads and managers stay on top of attendance insights without lifting a finger. Automatic email delivery of your team(s) attendance summary when it suits you!

The scheduling of the report delivery can be customised.

Finally, you can export all parking spot bookings. This comes handy if you need to create custom reports, create invoices or anything else. We've build an export for both admins and end-users.

All individual users can now also export their own booked parking spots in their PULT App.
We rolled out a few important fixes to improve your experience:
🛠️ Booking Confirmation Bug Fixed Resolved an issue where the booking confirmation modal would not disappear after confirming check-ins. You can now confirm your booking with a single click—no need to click outside the box.
🛠️ Google Room Display Issue Resolved
Fixed inconsistencies with how Google Rooms were being displayed. Room details now render correctly and consistently.
The Desk Restrictions feature has been significantly enhanced to offer greater flexibility and control over workspace access. ✨
What's New:
📅 Date Range Selector
You can now set start and end dates for desk restrictions, allowing for temporary or recurring configurations with ease.
🪑 Multiple Desk Selection
Apply restrictions to multiple desks in a single action — no more repetitive entries for each individual desk.
🕑 Partial-Day Restrictions
When restricting a single day, you can choose to apply the restriction to the full day, first half, or second half, offering greater flexibility for partial-day use cases.
👥 Guest Restrictions
Extend desk restrictions to guests, ensuring consistent access rules for both employees and visitors.
These updates streamline the restriction process and provide greater precision in workspace management.
PULT Presence now integrates with Ubiquity (UniFi)! ⚡️ ️ With this update, device data such as MAC addresses can be automatically synced from your UniFi network to PULT Presence. This enables more accurate and automated presence detection based on real-time device connectivity.
This integration marks a huge step forward, as we are the first company in our sector to have an active UniFi integration. 🏆
