We've released several bug fixes and quality of life improvements.
Amongst other things we made improvements to the MS Azure and Outlook synchronisation as well as improvements regarding the synchronisation with various HRIS systems.
We're excited to announce the latest update to our Visitor Management Add On - Ad Hoc Check Ins. It is now possible for visitors without a prior invitation to check in on the kiosk devices.
You can even assign a separate flow for these Ad Hoc visitors.
We're excited to announce an update to our desk policies. Not only can you add groups to the policies - now you can also add individual users!
We made some changes regarding the status sync in Outlook:
- Home Office, Remote, Business Trip and Coworking will be shown in Outlook as "working elsewhere"
- Sick, vacation and absent will be shown as "Out of office"
We made some significant improvements to the sync with Microsoft Azure.
Users will now receive a notification in MS Teams when the check-in dealine has passed to let them know that their booking has been canceled.
You can now select whether you want to sync the preferred names from Personio or if you want to stick to the legal first and last names.
We've released a few updates to Pult Rooms:
- You can now make changes to rooms (building, floor, capacity) even if you're using the read-only mode
- The ability to select a date range for the catering overview, eliminating the need to click through individual days:
- You can now chose whether you want to send a weekly overview of catering orders or a daily overview:
