Setup is quick—just connect your AD integration and enable sync for groups!

Users can now edit office floorplans in archive mode before making changes live. This allows teams to:

• Make updates and layout adjustments privately
• Collaborate on drafts without affecting the published floorplan
• Review and finalize changes before publishing

Once you're ready, simply publish the updated floorplan to make it visible to everyone.

Every employee can now view the company's average office utilisation from the start of the month up to today—directly on the PULT Home Page. 🏢🚀

This helps to keep track of how your office space is being used and provides more transparency to the company as a whole.

We’ve added automated Monthly Team Reports via email to help team leads and managers stay on top of attendance insights without lifting a finger. Automatic email delivery of your team(s) attendance summary when it suits you!

🔧 Settings:

• Admins can enable/disable this feature from the Insight Settings.
• The scheduling of the report delivery can be customised.

Finally, you can export all parking spot bookings. This comes handy if you need to create custom reports, create invoices or anything else. We've build an export for both admins and end-users.

With this update, device data such as MAC addresses can be automatically synced from your UniFi network to PULT Presence. This enables more accurate and automated presence detection based on real-time device connectivity.

This integration marks a huge step forward, as we are the first company in our sector to have an active UniFi integration. 🏆

We're excited to launch the Advanced QR Code feature in PULT Presence! Employees can now check into the office simply by connecting to office WiFi and scanning a dedicated QR code — no extra steps needed.

By requiring a connection to the office network, this feature ensures employees are on the office IP, enhancing security and supports a seamless return-to-office experience.
