Bug Fixes

We've resolved several bugs across AI reports, meeting rooms, visitor management and more:

• AI assistant now reads personal profile labels. Reports that filter or group by personal labels (e.g., location or department tags) now work as expected.
• Scheduled AI reports no longer fail when no holiday calendar is configured. Previously, the report generator could loop and time out if your organization hadn't set up a public holiday calendar. It now completes gracefully.
• Meeting room tracking no longer stops prematurely. A race condition could cause room bookings made through Google Calendar to be incorrectly marked as canceled before the room accepted the invite. This is now fixed.
• Visitor flow notification emails restored. A bug was preventing notification emails from reaching hosts and other recipients configured in visitor flow settings. Emails are now delivered as expected.
• Signed document copy emailed to guests. Guests now receive the signed document copy after a document flow completes, matching the message shown in the flow.
• Google Chat bookings can be confirmed again. Users can now confirm bookings in the PULT GChat app as expected.

We’ve improved kiosk email notifications to properly display date and time in your organisation’s timezone.
What’s changed:

• Previously, all timestamps were shown in UTC, which could cause confusion for teams in different timezones.
• Email templates for kiosk check-ins are now timezone-aware, reflecting your organisation’s local time.

This update ensures that all kiosk-related notifications are clear, accurate, and aligned with your local time, reducing misunderstandings and improving usability.

We rolled out a few important fixes to improve your experience:

• 🛠️ Booking Confirmation Bug Fixed
  Resolved an issue where the booking confirmation modal would not disappear after confirming check-ins. You can now confirm your booking with a single click—no need to click outside the box.
• 🛠️ Google Room Display Issue Resolved
  Fixed inconsistencies with how Google Rooms were being displayed. Room details now render correctly and consistently.

We’ve been hard at work fixing some bugs and pushing improvements to make PULT run smoother than ever. Thanks to your feedback, we’ve identified and fixed a bunch of issues that were getting in the way.

Here’s a quick look at what we’ve fixed:

1. Kombo / BambooHR: Differentiate Divisions and Departments

We’ve fixed an issue where Kombo grouped divisions and departments together as DEPARTMENT, preventing precise group assignments and disrupting automatic association. Grouping now works seamlessly.

2. UI Polishing

We looked at our UI and, because the product is evolving continuously, there were some inconsistencies. We polished these and will continue to give you the most intuitive and consistent product UI

3. Add new HRIS Integrations

A new integration is available for HR Works!

4. Two day display for 2025

We resolved a bug where the display showed only 2 days a week instead of 5 when navigating into 2025.

5. Parking Lots: Policies were not showing up in the floorplan

We fixed an issue where parking spot policies were not displayed in the floorplan after reloading the editor/builder.

6. Bug in Mobile Offices Dropdown (in MS Teams Mobile App)

We fixed a display bug with the offices dropdown on the MS Teams mobile app.

7. Display Bug on the Visitor's detail page

We fixed a display bug that happened on some devices on the visitors' detail page.

8. Holidays were not being synced from Hi Bob to PULT

We fixed an issue where holiday absences from HiBob were not syncing correctly to the PULT Calendar.

9. Increased badge sizes

We introduced another template for the visitors badges that is bigger than the previous template.

10. Allow removal of archived users

It is now possible to remove archived users from PULT.
