We're excited to announce an update to our desk policies. Not only can you add groups to the policies - now you can also add individual users!

We made some changes regarding the status sync in Outlook:

  • Home Office, Remote, Business Trip and Coworking will be shown in Outlook as "working elsewhere"
  • Sick, vacation and absent will be shown as "Out of office"

We've released a few updates to Pult Rooms:

  • You can now make changes to rooms (building, floor, capacity) even if you're using the read-only mode
  • The ability to select a date range for the catering overview, eliminating the need to click through individual days:
  • You can now chose whether you want to send a weekly overview of catering orders or a daily overview:

We're excited to announce the biggest update to our Visitor Management so far! 🎉

The update includes:

  • Kiosk redesign
  • The ability to link flows to different kiosk devices
  • MS Teams/Slack notifications for hosts
  • The option to sign documents (PDF) on the kiosk devices

Subscription required: Please note that these features are only available with a Visitor Management Add-On subscription. Choose the plan that best suits your needs to gain access.

We've released a new New Home Office Request History Page making it easier to keep track of past and upcoming requests from your team members.

You can access this page by clicking on your profile picture followed by Requests.

We've released a new Pult App for Slack.

See who is working from where, live and directly via the synchronised status between PULT and Slack. So you always know where your chat partner is working from.

We fixed several bugs this week:

  • Fixed an issue with MS email address sync
  • Fixed a bug with half day bookings across different office locations
  • Fixed a few localisation bugs and made improvements to language selection
