We’ve just released a brand-new Presence Insights Dashboard to give you deeper visibility and reporting around employee presence in the office.

What’s New

The dashboard provides a comprehensive view of presence data, including:

• First Seen / Last Seen – Track when employees first arrive and when they leave for the day.
• Total Hours in Office – Get accurate daily presence duration for each employee.
• Location-Based Detection – Review office attendance broken down by location, per day.

Exports & Reports

• Standard Exports – Easily export presence data for further analysis or record keeping.
• Emergency Export – In case of emergencies, instantly generate a precise report showing exactly who was in the office at a given point in time.

Keeping track of holidays just got a whole lot simpler! 🗓️🌐

For Admins:

Admins can now upload a CSV file with your company’s public holidays on the Company Page.

• Support for multiple regions, cities, or office locations.
• Set a default calendar for the whole organisation.
• Simply replace the file each year to keep holidays up to date.

• Expand any calendar to view all associated holidays.

For Employees:

• Employees can now select the holiday calendar on their user settings page that’s right for them.

• Selected holidays automatically appear in your PULT calendar.

✅ This update makes managing region-specific or company-wide public holidays simpler and more transparent.

We’ve added real-time notifications to let you know when a parking spot becomes available in your office's parking lot. Just enable alerts, and we’ll ping you the moment a space opens up.

We’re excited to introduce Policy Groups – a powerful new way to tailor your settings for specific teams or individuals within your organisation.

What are Policy Groups?

Think of Policy Groups like sub-groups that override your organisation-wide settings. They allow you to define custom rules for specific users and groups, giving you more flexibility and control.

What can you do today?

As of this release, you can use Policy Groups to set how far in advance certain users can book parking – perfect for giving priority access to users

You can now automatically sync Groups from Microsoft Active Directory (AD), making user and organizational management easier than ever.

Setup is quick—just connect your AD integration and enable sync for groups!

Users can now edit office floorplans in archive mode before making changes live. This allows teams to:

• Make updates and layout adjustments privately
• Collaborate on drafts without affecting the published floorplan
• Review and finalize changes before publishing

Once you're ready, simply publish the updated floorplan to make it visible to everyone.

Every employee can now view the company's average office utilisation from the start of the month up to today—directly on the PULT Home Page. 🏢🚀

This helps to keep track of how your office space is being used and provides more transparency to the company as a whole.

This functionality can easily be toggled on or off on the Configurations page.

We’ve added automated Monthly Team Reports via email to help team leads and managers stay on top of attendance insights without lifting a finger. Automatic email delivery of your team(s) attendance summary when it suits you!

• Days of attendance per office
• User count per office

🔧 Settings:

• Admins can enable/disable this feature from the Insight Settings.
• The scheduling of the report delivery can be customised.

Finally, you can export all parking spot bookings. This comes handy if you need to create custom reports, create invoices or anything else. We've build an export for both admins and end-users.
