Presence: Currently Present directory and admin controls

See who’s in the office and control who can access Presence. The Presence page now includes a real-time “Currently Present” directory, making it easier to find colleagues who are currently at each office location. Search by name, email, team, or location, and filter by office, team, or employee to quickly find the people you need.

Admins can also control whether the “Where is everyone?” Presence page is available to their organization. When Presence is enabled, this setting can be managed under Settings → Privacy Settings. We’ve also improved navigation by hiding unavailable Visitors and Meeting Rooms links and showing a helpful message when no Presence features are enabled.
