Presence: Hide sensitive agent data

Presence now hides sensitive agent information, including IP address and city, from the workspace view. Users see only the most recent country information, while a limited amount of recent session data remains available to authorized PULT staff for support, security, and troubleshooting. Reach out to PULT Support to have this privacy feature activated.
